Bezant Resources PLC, undertook geophysical investigation of its Eastern Foreland Project (40202-HQ-LEL), situated in central eastern Zambia, during February 2026.

Forward and inversion modelling of aerial magnetic data was undertaken by a southern African geophysical consultant specialising in Eastern Foreland-type geology.

Strong magnetic anomalies were found, that could be due to banded iron stone within structurally thickened Grand Conglomerate (Nguba Group).

Substantial banded iron formation within the thickened Grand Conglomerate may constitute an important reducing trap horizon.

This, in context of a structurally controlled basement onlap setting, constitutes a geological setting alike to the Western Foreland/ Kamoa-Kukula setting.

Mineralisation within the Western Foreland is hosted within, or below, the Grand Conglomerate (reducing agent) within intra-basin structures overlapping and hosted on pre-Katanga basement.
